The challenge that we confronted being their agency was to position them as a steakhouse offering prime steak cuts, generating awareness about what American style steaks really are, introducing and maintaining their social media presence, and increasing footfall at the restaurant. 

Our Solution:

1. We initiated our efforts by working on their targeting. To begin, we built a buyer persona which was most likely to be interested in the steaks being sold at Prime 109 at the given price point. Our idea was to reach a niche audience who preferred American style steaks, as opposed to their desi counterparts we usually see being offered in most eateries across the city.
2. We also worked on creating a minimalist design theme that resonated with their brand identity, assisted them web development services and creating a holistic social media and digital plan that could bring them the most exposure and footfall
